two employees of the garden centre had no idea what any amendments are, did not know which products were in stock and would not lift a finger to help me check the availability of fertilizers. the gentleman working today was the only one who seemed capable of helping.

I've been here twice to get bulbs and other DIY stuff. It's a smaller than typical Home Depot but it's quite busy as it's in a prime location at Gerrard Square mall. The two times I was there, it was okay. I was helped by people but it's hard to get them sometimes.I docked them 3 stars coz of a less than competent appliance person with whom I spoke to on the phone earlier today. I was planning on ordering 2 LG dishwashers but asked if I can have them delivered to 2 different locations. (background: until May 3rd, they had offers of free delivery and $200 off LG's if one purchases 2 qualified pieces, so there's a timing thing). She said it cannot be done. Which is very illogical. I'm the one purchasing the 2 LG dishwashers but only having them delivered to 2 different locations, both in GTA. I asked politely if there's anyone else who might know and, no, she said she's the supervisor at appliances for Home Depot Gerrard.Guess what, I went to Home Depot at Wicksteed St., spoke to an appliance associate and I asked him the same question, he said it could be done, thus, it was done.So yeah, 2 stars for Home Depot Gerrard. Improve your knowledge, people.

Smaller Home Depot, with very tight isles and parking is a nightmare. The layout of the store is completely different from any other, so it can be very difficult to find some items. It’s also located in a mall and it seems to be a short cut for a local school children.

It's tolerable bit not nearly as strong as the retail brand is in the States. Why in the hell does the store close so early? If the store is going to get serious about serving Canadian consumers, a good place to start is opening its core business hours to be accessible to families who need good home improvements instead of closing at 7PM on the weekends. That's when I'm not working and cactually have time to shop.

Staff members don't seem to be very knowledgeable about the products that are for sale. I also can't believe how hard it is to find hard wood boards for projects that are not 280.00$ no joke 4 foot by 2.5 ish foot bark on board way over 100.00$ . I m might start a urban logging company.

One thing I like about Home Depot is it's easy to find things. If you looked up an time online, you'll know exactly where it is in any store. This place is big and has so many things I've needed.

This is a smaller Home Depot located way in the back of Gerrard Square. Go past the Food Basics and make a right down the alley. There is a multi-level parking garage but parking on the ground level is reserved for contractors. The store itself is well lit and the staff seem helpful. It seems to have most of what you would expect but due to the size there may be less variety or quantities. Be sure to check the stock level online to avoid a wasted trip.
